Overview

Games

Homepage_medium

The youth lacrosse season is typically comprised of eight games played on Sundays afternoons beginning the first week in April and ending the first week in June. There are four home games and four away games. We also hold a series of indoor pre-season clinics in March that players are expected to attend.

Arlington also participates in the annual MBYLL Lacrosse Jamboree held at the Devens Recreational Facility, Devens, MA. The Jamboree typically is held on the middle weekends in June.

Practices

Practices are held twice per week from 5:30-7:00 at Thorndike Field. Please show up on time and ready to play, and bring all your equipment and water. In order to gain the maximum benefit from our program, we expect players to regularly participate in weekly practices unless they have disccused with their coach the reason for their absence. Playing time in Sunday’s games will be based in part on who attends and participates in practice.

Teams

Arlington Youth Lacrosse fields MBYLL travel teams at the U11 (grades 3&4), U13 (grades 5&6) and U15 (grades 7&8) teams. We also hold a “learn to play” clinic for U9 (grades 1&2) players, and will schedule up to 4 games for U9 players later in the season.
